A stunning and highly sought-after pair of Ercol Fireside Armchairs, also known as the Blond Windsor Grandfather Easy Chairs, designed by Lucian Ercolani for the renowned British furniture maker, Ercol.
These iconic mid-century armchairs retain their original Ercol upholstery, which remains in excellent condition and has been professionally cleaned. The seats have been re-webbed using traditional Pirelli webbing, as originally specified by Ercol, ensuring both comfort and authenticity.
The beautifully crafted solid elm and beech frames are in very good vintage condition, displaying the quality and timeless design for which Ercol is celebrated. With their elegant high backs, sculptural spindle frames, and generous proportions, these chairs make a striking addition to any interior.
